Smoke bomb

What a misery

Far from it mate. It's just yesterday there was kids and a few old fellas on the concourse as well.

It's only a matter of time before the police ban drink on the concourse both prematch and at half time when we travel away

Yes there have been many more injuries from seats in the way when you celebrate a goal than smoke bombs. Get rid of the seats I say.

Smoke bombs and flares are two separate things too. Flares are dangerous as they CAN cause fires. Smoke bombs CAN'T cause fires. Massive difference

My mate who ended up on fire from a smoke bomb in his jacket may argue this one! Definitely made him run around waving his arms screaming!

It's a funny song mind. Away to Preston under Keane there must have been hundreds singing it outside on the boozer

I was there yesterday, and without sounding like a broken record, something needs to be done about the concourse singing/bouncing up and down. It's getting stupid tbh
My mate Colly, f***ing legend that day. RIP Colly the original sunderland ranger.

Was at the Kaiser Chiefs the other week and they filled the front section of the crowd with smoke just before the band came on. You couldn't see your hand in front of your face for the first 20 seconds of the first tune. They then repeated the same process, oddly, at the very end as everyone was attempting to leave.

Acceptable??

That sort of carry on could create some kind of public disturbance I should imagine.

Simple solution to all this - permit people to take their drinks into the stands.

It's better for everyone to have the lads who want to jump around and sing doing so in view of the pitch. It'll improve the atmosphere, and avoid any risk (however small) of a dangerous situation occurring in a crowded concourse.
That would be the most rdiculous thing , can you imagine the fights when people start hoying pints over the seats in front ?
Just look at the way our lot were acting in that vid in the bar ?
Letting em take drinks into the stands will never happen .

Terrible idea imo.

Yes, a few on our coach mention 5 sitting just 2 rows in front of them. So who got the tickets for them???

Block e233? Hardly any atmosphere in that block. I saw about 6 next to each other. Not sure if they bought tickets on general sale or they got them of our fans.

You obviously don't understand people who love their club you miserable fuck

Social misfits who have tagged along with a football club and its supporters to act the idiot when away from home / school.

The look on the face of both the police and stewards who were there watching you lot acting like f***ing idiots was one of utter contempt and disgust , I genuinely feel sorry for them having to police a bunch of utter morons that were on display yesterday.

But having an opposite view makes me a miserable fuck , aye whatever ...

First away match for me was 1972 , still going and will be there Tuesday night , never shown my love for the club by acting as an utter cretin .
