To be fair it still only works out at £6.50 at ticket, so still canny price.
Reet that's flights, hotel and match tickets sorted. Can't wait.

Good evening!
Some fine option before and after the game will be the Maschseefest. The Maschsee (Maschlake) is licated right next to the stadium behind the CourtYard Hotel and if the weather allows, there is definitely no better location to have a beer in Hannover or supposedly Germany.
If you are fine walkers, don´t mind the north shore unless you like 5 for a beer, 10 for a cocktail and radio pop. try out the south shore "temple bar" or the east shore such as "löwenbastion", or the Maschseequelle! here you will find good bands usually and better AND cheaper beverages.
So as i read some thought about meeting at the waterloo biergarten or nordkurve biergarten, it would be a waste not to enjoy the maschsee during maschseefest.

Standard Biergarten, nothing extraordinary i guess. It´s ok to have a beer, but the Nordkurve Biergarten (only a couple hundred "yards" down the road) offers the same and is located right next to the arena and the maschseefest. But i don´t see the problem in getting a beer in all of the above and hop from Bierstation to Bierstation!
All easily to walk over in less than 10 minutes.Oh, let´s hope the weather is good, should be a fun day. Some even suggest there will be a Football Match as bonus on top of it all

To be honest it's more a great excuse to visit Germany again, and the football is just a bonus

Es tut mir leid, dass ich kann nicht da sein. Wir haben am selben Tag ein Familienfest.
Hope the German is ok mate. 32 years since I lived in Paderborn.
