not sure if already posted but we have just arrived and got transport sorted.
Across the square from the main station go to Tourist information and get a 1, 2 or 3 day travel pass, this covers all public transport including travel back to airport. This pass can be bought as a single person, but better to get s group pass for all zones for 5 persons, the cost only €35 for a 5 person 3 day all zone pass.
Only drawback is that you have to travel as a group.....but to be honest in my experience going off the last few visits to Germany, not much ticket ion checks go on anyway.

Weather is sunny and warm beer is cold.

Cheers marra, I take it you're in Dusseldorf? How did you get there from the airport, tram/train? And how much?

Cheers in advance.
