Not sure. Doing my accreditation through the Uni so it's fast tracked I think. Level 2 is next week.

I'd be changing them given any of those scenarios..

Gave winter bike a full clean/degrease and put lights on.
Just need to change crankset to the compact I bought and I'm ready and primed for when the weather no doubt turns to shit.

As you know I keep the turbo sessions for midweek..Saturday and Sunday nearly all weather I get the base miles in.

In any case the turbo sessions I do are far too tough for you and yer skinny chicken legs
