Looking at a week away with our lass (no) and a three year old, obviously want it warm but not red hot.

Been to mainland Spain (Costa Brava) in May week before when my boys were little and it was really nice. Warm enough to sit out in but not too hot for little ones.

Yes, its around 23c with a light wind, perfect for small kids, that why we went at the time of year, was a fantastic holiday, I stayed at Playa de'n Bossa but hired a jeep for 3 days and toured the island, class

Balearics could be anything from red hot to cool and rainy in May. Summer yet to kick in fully but I'd risk it. Not been meself but it's a lovely island apparently.

The fella in your avatar lived on Majorca for a good long while don't you know.

Went last may for some of the opening parties, weather was beautiful all day gets a little cold in the evening.
