Kid Galahad
Striker
Always quite liked Dempsey and Reyna was quality before all the injuries, the most consistent are the goalkeepers though.I said he was done last year. I also said he wouldn't be the USMNT starting striker come next WC and may not even make the squad. Turns out he was average at best, certainly wasn't good enough for the PL and his time at Sunderland pretty much destroyed whatever confidence he did have.
Johannsson, Bobby Wood, Jordan Morris and Terrence Boyd all have some talent and could emerge. Who knows though.... Klinnsman is an ego-maniacal asshat, who knows what he'll do.
"Great" is subjective but Brad Friedel was pretty damn good for sure (PL record for most consecutive appearances with 310). Tim Howard. One of my personal favorites, Brian McBride, represented us quite well. And Brad Guzan is also pretty damn good and getting better IMO.
Yedlin has a good upside. Hopefully he can really blossom with some playing time at Sunderland.
