People always think it's down to the manager - that's the modern way unfortunately. The result is this ridiculously high turnover rate for managers across all four divisions, and a load of clubs who end up trapped in the same cycle of mediocrity because nobody is ever given enough time to build anything.

Was a strange move that after a shaky start for you's he was starting to look ok played really well at West Ham

Just think it's a bit harsh pinning all the criticism on the manager for basic errors from normally solid performers that are costing you's this season

Strange leaving out Mirallas quite a bit when you's signed Lennon I was fully expecting to see Lennon on one side and Mirallas on the other with either Naismith or Barkley behind Lukaku
