Only done it once, I had a days leave refused when I had shit loads left to take so did it as a bit of a fuck off to management in that particular job.

Otherwise no, I’m working notice now and still getting stuff done as normal, despite their general behaviour it’s not the fault of the lads I’m working with so I’m not downing tools and shafting them.

If whoever you work for gives a shit about you, shows they don’t try to do you over when they’re struggling then definitely don’t do it. If they don’t give a shit about you and try to rinse you then look after number one as long as it’s within the workplace laws. I’ve worked for a complete scum firm who treated me really badly when I told them I was going to leave and I got my own back on them when they tried to shunt me out early.
