Lilies

Got in from work and the house stinks of piss. Turns out our lass has a load of lilies in the porch. They f***ing stink, why would anyone put something that smells like that in a house?

Watch the pollen too. Someone bought me some as a gift and I had a dog with a white face. He stuck his head in the bouquet being nosey and the pollen dyed his snout bright orange

I really like the smell of lillies. It's a lovely smell. But each to their own and I think some people won't have them in the house as there is a superstition saying they harbour death or something.

I didn't know that!

He was a collie and never suffered any after effects. Pollen stain wouldn't wash off though, so he had to have an orange snout until it wore off.

Got the mrs some. She put them in a vase on the windowsill and it did the same to the curtains.
