Totally free anarl.
In spotify settings you out in your last.fm username and password.
For iTunes you can either download the iTunes scrobbler to your PC, and it will sync whenever you plug your phone or iPod in.
Or pay 69p and download cloudscrob and it syncs it direct from phone or iPod

To be honest mate since spotify I never use my Itunes...will be interesting to see how much and of what I actually listen to. Appreciate the help!

The Paul Smith and Peter Brewis album has really grown on me, it's excellent.

Four posts in a row. I will talk back... I like the new Iceage album, which isn't remotely new and also that King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard album, which the press seem to like in spite of the band's name.

What at tit, I've been trying to find this on Spotify for ages and it wasn't showing up. Only just clicked that it's the album Company by a band called the Drink and not just a band called 'Company by the Drink'.
