Mine are.....
People who have mobile phones and turn them off just as a habit.
People who never carry money at all, unless they go to the pub !
Someone asking you a question about something they already know the answer too !
Asking for money off people for tickets etc after about the third time....

No need when most places accept plastic these days.
I rarely carry anymore than a tenner on me in cash (unless I'm out drinking)
 
Ignorant cats. I like cats that are happy to get attention, the ones that run away just annoy me.

Even worse, the ones that let you get a few feet from them before scarpering.

Sorry, i should of posted about those that done even have plastic on them as in no wallet etc, this happens at our workplace, we have a lottery syndicate and other things, "sorry no money on me today" ....errrr you never bring money to work ye twat !!!!
