Not Sunderland city centre but we are at Pizza Grande in Washington village Saturday for tea. Cracking little venue and the pizzas are class. Well worth a visit.

Shandiz earlier. Really surprised how good it was. Walked by this place loads and never gave it a 2nd thought. Mixed grill, salad, race, nan, 2 drinks each less than 50 quid. Well worth a try, so much better than efnes imo.

Jack Thai tomorrow night for us

Silom fried rice fantastic, crying tiger beef & satay toast & morning glory were a let down tbh. 1 good dish out of 4 tried.

One visit was enough for me. £70 for 2 with soft drinks, tip included. Bit pricey for what it is imo.

Cafe Floriana for pre-match breakfast yesterday. Harissa beans on sourdough with avocado and crispy Serrano ham. Lusheroony. It's a cracking space and good to see it back in use. It's the canny lass who used to have the Front Parlour near Park Lane. First day of opening and was really busy. Will go again.

We went on opening day, it was rammed and a bit chaotic (think they were surprised by how busy it was 30 minutes after opening) and had the Harissa beans too, it was spot on. I cannot wait to try the full menu out.
