I quite enjoyed it tbh, it is an utterly shit film but already knowing that ai didn't take it anyway serious and it's quite a laugh.
Original was cheesy as fuck and didn't take itself serious either but was a much better film. This one just copied the idea but it isn't a remake really.

I agree with the it’s so shite it’s good comments; not actual good, just makes you laugh as you go how bad it is…the story line is totally pointless & unrealistic
It's hard to think of another remake that would be as obviously ill-advised because the original only barely got away with it. The Lost Boys, perhaps. Or Commando
