Season ticket holders, old or new ?

Agreed I've had to get a sc last season because of the loyalty scheme. Much preferred sitting wherever I wanted - at least I can build up my own loyalty points but would sooner have an away sc if they still did them.

They've never done them AFAIK.

not a standing one. The only season tickets before 1990 were in the seats. If you were in the Fuwell or Roker end, then apart from a trial scheme that collapsed (in the '70s?) you had to pay on the gate. The first game with season tickets in the Fulwell was when we played Spurs at home after being promoted via the playoffs, 0-0 draw.

That was my first season ticket. I remember half of our group with ST's in the Fulwell and the other half of us in the Clock stand and we had to meet up at the fence to share the kets :)

I've renewed mine for the first time since the Keane days. Shift work and lack of finances contributed to my absence not apathy.

Got one for the bairn as well, it's only right he goes through the mill like we all have. It's character building

Don't think i will ever give up.

It gives you mental strength you know.

You wernt mentally strong last year Les, you kept claiming Derby County would beat us if we drew them in the cup, did you see their collapse, good news is their manager is now up the road

Been a ST holder since 93 when I got out the army, my hometown, my club and although generally its shit, worth it for moments like This.

Think yer barking up the wrong tree there Wanye.
Around the time we played the mighty Bradford? That went well...
The last four months under Poyet were a complete and utter shambles.
They are welcome to SM.

You were banging on about it for ages, their cup run was no better than ours, you kept praising them to the hilt. No argument about Poyet

It wasnt..
And i certainly wasnt banging on about.
At the time Derby were playing a fantastic style of football.
There demise was a surprise i have to say.
The lad Hughes would be a decent signing....imo.

Lets.
A side that can attack with some purpose will do for me.
An attacking style.
We are Sunderland,we will lose our share, draw some, win a few.
