It is. It's something like £2.85 a week per household. Band A quoted.
The council must be saving a bit on binmen wages.

Apologies @John Steed I should have checked first, it's £2.85 per week at band A equivalent going to waste collection and refuse management budget. I'm sure that deep in the Councils budget they'll be a breakdown explaining what goes directly to bin collection

It's a totally different thread but this election is a joke anyway. "Independents" strategy has just been to say "Labour have done this, Labour have done that" not one has actually suggested how they would improve things.

Agreed but then how many of the independents are Tory supporters ? Quite a few
