He's not making the new ones is he?The 3 'new' ones are fuckin stinkers like, hopefully Lucas'll try to make up for them with these other ones
Dunno mate, presumed he'd have summit to do with them..?He's not making the new ones is he?
Also,
Han Shot First, you f***ing twat Lucas!
Sounds like you're right mate, probs for the best if the last 3 are owt to go byI thought Lucas wasn't having much to do with them he'd turned it over to JJ Abrams?
Are you sure?
Think it might have been too dark to see.
Besides it was self defence....

Because the time of the Republic was prosperous, whereas under the Empire they didn't care about people and developing technology, presumably they controlled all manufacturing, so dedicated it to war. In Episodes 4-6 they use the old technology as best they can, it is supposed to represent what happens when you don't have freedom.
I thought Episode One is criticised too much. The films were always made with kids in mind, although Jar Jar f***ing Binks was too much, if you ignore him and that bloody 20 minute pod race thing (but at least it served some dramatic purpose, it was just too much showing off) it wasn't that bad. The fight scenes with Darth Maul were good and I liked Neeson and of course McGregor.
I think people look at Star Wars with rose tinted glasses, the acting was always a bit wooden, as was the dialogue, there were always self-indulgent scenes to showcase the expertise of ILM and stupid characters to sell merchandise with. If you accept it for what it is, then it's not the worst film ever made and seeing light sabres again was great.
Aye, another great example. People accept f***ing Ewoks without question, but Jar Jar Binks was seen as some heinous crime to never come back from.Aye it all went wrong with ROTJ, especially the Ewoks, but I thought episode III wasn't bad.
I'm just going to assume you were born before May 25th 1973, so i'll let this slideAye it all went wrong with ROTJ, especially the Ewoks, but I thought episode III wasn't bad.

The Red letter media reviews of episodes 1-3 are more entertaining than the film's themselves.
This is by far the best review of it, funny as owt!
But every film needs a PRO ta GO nist!Aye, another great example. People accept f***ing Ewoks without question, but Jar Jar Binks was seen as some heinous crime to never come back from.

Attack of The Clones has some of the worst lines ever in it.
"I don't like sand, It's coarse and it gets everywhere"
"Oh my god I love you annie"
For all the deserved stick that Christensen gets for his performance, Ewan McGregor was just as bad.
