1996 tranmere 0-2. Champions, thousands of Sunderland and the mags blow the premier

1998 notts forest 3-0

1998 charlton play off final finished 4-4, rumours about a penalty shoot out

1999 bury 5-2 super Kev

1998 West Brom 3-3 had every thing 2-0 down early doors, a red card for us came back to go 2-3 till injury time bastard Lee Hughes

That Good Friday against QPR & West Brom game on the Monday probably cost us automatic promotion
 
When you look at how many didn't make my list you realise there were loads of great away games in a decade when we were shite for half of it.

Loved that. Especially after getting hammered off them the previous season. Living in Peterborough didn't help so revenge was sweet!

Mind, I'd like to add Wimbledon , despite the shite performance and relegation, That bloke on the Police bike, with a lens missing from his shades, pulling wheelies was a sight to behold

Great day that. We were barred from Staines the night before and marched out of town (unjustly by the way)

We were in Newbury the night before and couldn't get in anywhere apart from a nightclub that makes vibe in peterlee look like tall trees

I always get mixed up with the bradford games i was there when phillips got 3 or4 and we scored 5 i was also there when quinny went in goal . Was there on the friday night when our game was the only one that went ahead , the whole of english football was cancelled on the saturday and sunday because of princess diana ' s death or was it her actual funeral , someone remind me ?

The only one I would add would be Chelsea in the 92 cup run yes 1-1 on the night but that set up that magical replay!
 
Bolton away around 98/99, I think we beat them 0-3 when it was still quite tight at the top.

How about Bradford during the playoff season? Didn't we dismantle them 0-4 or 1-4?
