Seemed a decent post to me mate, and yeah I think your probably not far off with the ones in bold. 4 quality players to go straight into the 11 would make a massive difference.
 
Cattermole and Johnson definitely.
Jones and Aanholt will probably depend on who comes in, if Alonso and Vergini join than those two will start instead.
Brown, regardless of who comes in fitness issues will likely cause him to miss a lot of games.
Mannone is a difficult one, he had a great season last season though I doubt Pantilimon would have come if he didn't expect to get game time.

I think you can also highlight oshea and hopefully whickham which leaves us a few to work on
