I was just trying to be diplomatic really. But I still say the credit cards encourage it, if you are that way inclinded.
We're encouraged to spend money every minute of every day to be fair, just don't do it. Especially if you don't actually have the money you're spending.
This is the man who buys a g&t with gold bullionI don't have one
That's common sense though quiet times at work are what costs me - I've had parcels delivered everyday for the last week
I clear mine monthly so just keep a spreadsheet with rough running balance on it. I pay for any travel tickets, flights, shopping, petrol etc. crazy not to unless you have self-discipline issues. (I take mine out of my wallet on the smash now)
Yes me too, but I can afford to do it.

Can I touch you, just to see if your greatness rubs off.
Just a gentle nudge, maybe in passing on a busy tube.
Not sure about the UK nowadays, but over here, paying off your cards each month has a detrimental effect on your credit score.I clear mine monthly so just keep a spreadsheet with rough running balance on it. It's quite worrying that you think I'm showing off simply because I said I live within my means.
