One conspiracy was that they were remote controlled planes and the buildings were rigged with explosives.

Well planes definitely flew into the buildings.

The buildings collapsed the way they did as a result of their design.

So all he can be saying is they were not commercial spec Boeings but must have been adapted.

And that novice pilots could not fly them as they were flown.

I don't know but I'm not of the opinion it was anything other than terrorism.
