Has Beale improved us? Yes or No - one word

After last week I was thinking he might do better than I first expected. After yesterday’s first half I thought half time would give us an idea of how he is as a manager. Second half gave me answer. So no.

No!

I’ve never enjoyed a single game since he’s been in charge. Even the wins were huff and puff slow football.

The defence seems to be sitting 10~15 yards further back, and our players have zero options when on the ball.

We had a year of beautiful pass and move football. It was a joy to watch, but it’s all gone in the blink of an eye.

Beale, Speakman and Dreyfus will be under huge pressure if Birmingham turn us over on Saturday. I posted the other day about the first 3 games in March being the games that could finally finish our play off chances. Norwich, Leicester and Southampton. I still think Beale will be sacked late next month before the season ticket renewals are sent out. Just can’t see it going any differently.
