How many games do you get to



My worst ever Sunderland season. Preston away and 4 homes. Been to about 10 games in Germany though with a couple still to come.

It’s nothing to do with being shit, we’ve been shit most of my life, I just enjoy weekends away these days. I’ve come to really appreciate Europe as I’ve gotten older. Used to go to the USA a lot when I was younger but I love European cities these days.

Always try to travel a different way, like if I’m going Berlin I’ll go via Copenhagen or something and have a day or two there. I’ve fell in love with sleeper trains too.

Just love spending the day in a major European city, getting my head down and waking up in another.

I had several perfect seasons on the trot going back to the 90’s every game home and away including pre seasons but those days are gone for me. Ill always keep my hand in and I’ll do more next season than I did this but I just don’t have the desire to be there every week
 
I think about 17 home and 8 or 9 away. Aways dropped off after Christmas with the effects of long Covid on balance and stamina making it harder - I need step free or near step free access and no long walks to/from grounds, neither of which are guaranteed.

Haha. We left our end and went in the Albion end for bar cos q was smaller then sat in the paddocks got moved so sat behind goal in WBA end before we got escorted to our end again haha

Home and Away for me.
My eldest and myself two seasons back did everyone and mounted up 7320 miles.

Here I am now with the scumbag owners contemplating not renewing next season.
I am truly broken.
 
Ive had a season off this season for various reasons so probably only been to 4 or 5.

I didnt want to lose my prime SWC seat so put my season ticket into my youngest sons name so I effectively put it on hold for £59 and just bought a cheap ticket when i went with him.

Have renewed again for next season but in his name again. As summer progresses i might convert back to my name. If we sign another five 18 year olds and shit strikers I'm not bothering.
 
6 away and 5 home. Live Midlands. Used to do a lot more aways. Getting harder to get away tickets, esp with some teams giving us measly allocations (eg Leeds).
It helps now that my lad chose to go to Uni in Ncastle.
My wife (no and doesnt care for football) has promised me she will come to all the Champions League games in Europe when we qualify…..

It’s a long way to SOL when we’ve got nee striker, pal. Watch Cleator Moor instead. We were back at Coronado Springs last year. FTM.

As an exile living in West Yorkshire, think I’ve done 3 home games and 5 away games this season. Enjoyed every one regardless of result. Would love to do more, but the financial restraints and kids prevent it. Can’t beat a live match!
 
All home games used to go to 4or5 aways a season but haven't been to any this year I'd like to do some but I don't know people that go really and I wouldn't enjoy it by myself
 
Last few year about 8 a season. Interest has waned massively. Not even interested in getting to the PL as it’s a pile of shit. Last season was the only one I’ve enjoyed in the last ten so why bother….the lads will always hold something for me, but football is not the same as when I started going in 1976. And for the worse….
