MOTM

Clarke
Jobe, 1st half Not 2nd.
Mumble
O9
Midfield pair need slapping daft for the last 2 games, Ekwah is basically the softest 6ft+ player I've ever seen.
It really was a game of 2 halves. But even in the 'better' first half, we relied on a their mistake to get Clarke in on goal, though he took advantage brilliantly.

Jobe, having done so badly v Huddersfield, was much improve in the first-half. Shame the game is played over 90.

Dan Neil also had a better game than his shocker against Huddersfield, but I wouldn't say MoM performance.

Mundle for me - almost a bit optimistic about this signing.

How come on nearly every single MOTM thread people constantly mention Ballard? He was absolutely shit again.

It's like the first 2/3 seasons of the League One campaign where O'Nien would stink the place out and still get mentioned in about 75% of the posts on MOTM threads.

He rattled one top corner in to his own net against Newcastle because he was too slow to get back in to a proper position to prevent it, should have been sent off for dragging Isak down, passed the ball to Almiron inside his own box getting bailed out by a great last ditch O'Nien block and then lazily smashed into Gordon to give a penalty away because he couldn't be arsed and people on here still reckon he played well ffs

Good defender but christ he's staggeringly overrated on here. Michael Turner turned quicker than he does. Another simple ball down the side of him for their second goal, been targeted by sides doing this since Greenwood ran him ragged against Boro.

He's been clearly targetted for the last 3 games, and has faltered to the pressure in all 3. All it seems to take is a man on his shoulder and he's lost it.

I really like him, but his form at the moment is shocking. Making O'Nien look like prime Maldini.

Hume, and not for what happened as he left.

Supported the attack well and put in a lot of blocks and challenges. He made a few mistakes and was caught out of position some times. Some of that was lack of support down the right, and he probably made fewer mistakes than the rest of the team.

The first goal against the mags he had to go for it or was a tap in. Overall though he played really well.
