Just seems for over a decade now to be the big choice of that demographic, who probably never wore them when they were young. It's like hipster chic but for dads.

As mentioned holding onto your youth wearing Adidas is one alternative.

Think I got them from Winners in South Shields, my daughter was jealous of them, haha first time ever.

After reading the pro's and con's on here of the 574's I decided to join 'the old farts trying to look cool but failing miserably set'. Never really worn NB before but they seem decent and quite comfortable. They look pretty good with my Geordie Jeans and Sergio Tacchini t-shirt I reckon.
