We drain a lot less than london... Think how much london drained during the financial crashes..

so in effect you're suggesting the poor shouldn't get a vote?

They dont really, as the poor tend to be less well educated than those who are more fortunate, so tend to have no clue what they are voting for or why, other than

a) my parents voted that way
b) its expected I vote that way
c) they promised something I like
d) they looked the best on tv/in the media
e) nice manifesto (and thats rare)
etc.
