To be honest, I cannot even remember how many large sausage rolls I made. I can just remember by the time I portioned them out I ended having around 134.

I only make them twice a year as very time consuming.

And (controversial one) but bags of crisps with peanuts poured into them so you grab a handful of crisps and a handful of nuts at a time. Magic

ice cream pudding... cook up some dried fruits, brandy and so on that you would put in a xmas pudding but mix it through ice cream and put it back in the freezer for a day or so
