Low and Richard Hawley both world class! PIL very entertaining!, Craig Finn quietly good, Blank Realm very nice... Sea Lion quite lovely, Hills psych rock ecstasia, Jane Weaver not new but new to me and bloody excellent...
Jane Weavers silver globe album was great. Ivetickets to see her at Cluny next month so looking forward to that. Loved Low album and about to check Hawleys new one now.
Ought and Metric both on Spotify
Mercury Rev not yet for some reason

Liking the Viet Cong stuff after reading some of the lads on here posting about them. Some of it is reminiscent of Pornography era Cure, IMO.
Changing their name now after complaints about it.
Beirut's new un is canny, really like Low's after a couple of listens so far.
Wont be for a while yet. Heard the new Ought record?
The Ryan Adams Taylor swift cover album is much better than I thought it'd be
Aye, it was up on Youtube last month so had a couple of listens through before I saw them. Like it a lot but prefer the first.
