Lukashenko is only there due to a fixed election courtesy of his master Putin. The whole army would revolt as would the people given the first opportunity.

The only way he could try to invade Poland would be if he used Russian soldiers dressed up as Belorussians. Not sure if there are many spare at the moment, though.
