Negativity on here

Don't think anyone does, I just want him to get us to play the game in a way where it potentially reaps the rewards of maximum points, was having a chat about it yesterday and we've not really deserved a win out of the 5 games so far, that's disappointing baring in mind we at least deserved to beat Fulham on the opening day last season.

I was positive after that match, no where near that now.
As I said in another thread, draws are second best and you shouldn't settle for them, even if we had won yesterday I'd have the same opinion, we are not doing enough in games to see us going on a run of victories.

It needs to change otherwise 4 points from 5 games turns in 9 from 10 and that's over a quarter of the season gone.

eight surely!,i reckon you need a new abacus marra, your's must be efft, maybe one of your balls has dropped off

Aye but haway, 33 games left mate

Or aye, plenty of time to get the results.

We've only lost once in 5, but we're just so dull and negative. Yesterday was painful, the 1st thought in the minds of all of our players when they got the ball was to turn around and pass it back to the centre halves.

Johnson spent the majority of the game in the middle, Larsson was rarely wide, Giacherini was through the middle....we just looked to lack and shape, width or creativity.

We're still incredibly slow throughout the team, we still lack someone to play on the left, and we still lack that creative spark in midfield.

It's going to be yet another long, painful season. That's not negative, it's a realistic viewpoint based on the performances so far.

Have to say I agree with your points mate, mine was around the justification or lack of in the abuse on Poyet

The negativity on here is astounding, I've realised more than ever.
Yes, granted, we've had a poor start to the season and it's a results game. Yes some of the style of football has been poor and we deserve better.
BUT, to start piling pressure on Poyet already, disputing his style of football and his substitute decisions is absurd. When will people realise that changing manager season on season is unsustainable for the progression of a football club. We have to be patient and sadly may have to watch some poor football at times but Poyet is one of our best chances of success in the coming years assuming we get behind him, not question his ability as a manager.
In Poyet I trust

We haven't had a poor start. You are the negative one.

You can trust who you like but the fact is that SAFC has had 50 years to put a decent team on the field in the top flight but have failed fairly spectacularly to do so either being relegated from it or scrabbling about losjng to QPR etc. This season has started average at best and once more we find ourselves in the bottom half dozen whilst newly promoted Leicester City put 5 past Man United.

The negativity on here is fair predictable and well backed with fact rather than astounding.

I'm really not surprised we've had a bad start tbh.

People who know me will know I have said all along we will struggle. We failed to sign 3 players that had such a big impact on us last season in Ki, Borini and Alonso. I think it's astonishing that we barely improved our first team in the summer, having just survived by the skin of our teeth.

Another long hard f***ing season ahead. And who has to be put through all this shite again? Oh yeah the fans.

1101111111 in a form guide format DDLDDDDDDD. Form guide so far DDLDD next five games we draw all of them DDDDD.

That's 10 games and nine points on my abacus.

It was just a theory mind, on drawing ALL of our next 5 games, I could've said 4 points from 10 but I was being optimistic.

Wonder how many possibilities there are fancy working them all out for us..? ;)

Can't blame Poyet. We're a bottom 7/8 squad realistically.

Until we do better on the transfer market, or get higher league positions, we're gunna be fighting down the bottom of the table.

The good news is, there is a lot of scrappy teams similar to ourselves down there.

I personally fully expected a struggle this season. We've had another massive overhaul and the new players were never going to be anything other than average given their histories.

But it's still frustrating how thoroughly bland we are when watching others teams.
