Is feminism sexist?

I think that's nonsense like, if women are deemed to be safer drivers then they should pay less, it's examples like these and vice versa that irritate me, if men are better then they're better and if women are better then they're better.

It's like being truthful is a crime because some people don't want to hear it.

Can I interject here?

"Men don't have to conform to stereotypical ideals of masculinity to be men".

That's a feminist statement that isn't anti-male.

No, but its utter bullshit. Women harping on about six packs, ads and magazines all about buff blokes, pressures on men to fuck for 43 hours without a break etc.

None of that contradicts my statement.

It sounds anti-male to me marra.........what about if we told feminists how to be women? They'd be spitting out their tongue rings in fury and the placards would come out:

Then you've misunderstood. The point is not telling men how to be men.

I just find it disappointing that potentially interesting threads which have lots of room for debate and disagreement tend to get over run with desperate attention seeking WUMs. The board would largely be better off without it IMHO.

It wasn't s wind up. You seriously telling me domestic violence against men is taken seriously when compared to violence against women? I don't care about the % stats either. If 1900000000 women are on the receiving end and only one man it doesn't make that one mans case any less important!

ok basing it on the stats as you say (of which I have no doubt women are probably safer statistically) would you have them pay more national insurance contributions as (statistically) they live longer and retire earlier?
