Only ones in my eyes who are outraged are those who are supporting what he said.

Stupid thing to say in today's society. No fucks were given by me though.
 


To be fair there were probably millions of German thinking Hitler was doing a good job, doesn't make it right because they were from a different era. My parents are 68 and have suddenly became racists despite considering themselves Socialists.

What I find a little strange about "generalising an entire religion" or race, it that it is all very well, good and acceptable if you are highlighting positive traits (Polish - hard working / German - Efficient) - everyone is in agreement, but if it is a negative characteristics you are classed as racist & ignorant and offence is taken (on behalf of others) regarding your view point - that is unless you are talking about Americans and then anything goes.

Regarding his comments (if he did make them) regarding the Jewish community, I work with and have worked for with several Jewish people, my general observation is that: they are hard working, there is a focus on money (could be interpreted as financial security) and there is a tendency to "look after their own". In my personal view none of these are negative traits, but could be interpreted overall as having a unhealthy emphasis on "chasing the money".

That's exactly what he's doing man! As for the post you quoted I do agree that both postive and negative generalisations are wrong.

Its taking the piss now, he's apologised and said he never meant to cause offence, some Jewish has accepted the apology but wants him to take it a step further and take back the comments :roll:
Also the chink thing is fuck arl either, the Asian people I know (Chinese and Thai) are laughing about it and say the dinit give a shit, even they say Chinese in reference to a Chinese take away.

Git to admit though, I love how he pulled the owls "I have loads of Jewish/chinese friends" :lol:
