You did well to miss the huge open-fronted kitchen where you can see all the food being prepared and cooked to order there mate.

I certainly saw the open space they claim to be the kitchen.
Nothing gets cooked in there though.

If you consider authentic Indian street food to be produced by microwaves then that's your problem.

The place is totally pathetic.
Incidentally, there's a proper indian street food place in newcastle & they actually cook the food freshly while your in the restaurant.

If you don't beleive me try seeing a single person cook a meal in this poppadoms place. It simply does not happen.

Compare it to a supermarket curry, it's exactly the same.

Bearing in mind microwaved food is heated from the inside, that's a lot of people not noticing, including one Indian friend who said its the best meal he's had outside of India.
