Aye mine does that though I am not sure its a weird foible, it only when the rear wipe switch is in the on position, put it in off and select reverse and it doesn't.

I move the stick attached to the wheel and it makes this weird noise and this light flashes on the dashboard.

They should only come on if you also have the front wipers on.

I currently don't own a car so it has no foibles. A nice gentleman in a focus decided to use the back of my car as a means of saving on his cars brake wear. He smashed into the back of my car and it's a write off. He did apologise though.

My has auto lights and wipers that just come on by themselves

It's a design feature to ensure your windows are clear, some cars do it all the time when in reverse, some cars only do it when the front wipers are on

I have radio volume on the steering wheel and I tell people the radio is voice activated and shout "louder" at it...

The radio doesn't go off until I open the door to get out after I've turned the engine off, makes a change from not going off at all when I first got it.
No idea if it's just the norm or not, it's never happened with any other car I've had.
