I like the soft ones. Brie in the main. Love a warmed Camembert with some garlic.
On its own, Cheshire, crumbly goodness…

Why can't I find white Stilton any more? It's blue, or has cranberries or some other frigging fruit... But white, with a crisp apple (seperate - not in it!), is lovely.
Went to the Wensleydale Creamery earlier this year, it was sensational. They basically had so many samples it was all you can eat
Sounds weird but the Wensleydale and ginger root was superb.
@cheeses of nazerethThis time of year I always get mine online from a wonderful shop in Israel. The best cheddar, brie and camembert I have ever tasted.
I really recommend cheesesofnazareth
Brie or FetaI’m quite boring , Cheshire or Wensleydale. I
hate Feta.
Hot parsnip soup with Gouda melted in.Currently got Gouda, Wensleydale, Gorgonzola and Grated in the fridge. I love cheese.
at room temp or warmer !A very ripe Camembert, and a fresh Stilton. I love stinky cheese.
is red leicester not just cheddar with dye in it ?Fruit in cheese is an abomination. Those Christmas cheese boards always have them, I am convinced it's the only way they can sell enough of it.
Brie, Camembert, Gorgonzola, Stilton, St. Agur anything with a strong flavour really. Mature Cheddar is lush.
At the time I moved away south Red Leicester was my favourite from the limited range I had tried by the time I was 23, Cheddar, Cheshire, Double Gloucester, Wensleydale, Cottage, Edam, Dairylea and the Primula toothpaste. My Mam often gets Red Leicester in if I am up home though I don't ever buy it myself.
Blackstick blue
My favourite by far
at room temp or warmer !
