Stilton for my red wine accompaniment.
Together with crackers, coarse grain mustard, some Graze nuts and celery to cleanse the pallet.
Jarlsberg is vile and also any goats cheese can do one as well.
No cheapo supermarkets own stuff either, it's just plastic with calories in it.
I also once picked up a creamy dutch blue, utterly gross, binned it although other dutch blues have been palatable.

It's a actuslky Swiss but carrefour usually have it. It's carved in a weird wheel machine and comes out like little florettes.
