had a look at them but with them being pre packed the skins looked ower smooth to just scrape off in one just off Roker AveGo to Lidl they are much cheaper, 59pence for 750 grams
I took the original inspiration from this, then just adjusted it to what I had in. Also used a more robust salad, the one with pak choi, baby kale & baby spinach leaves in.Sounds nice actually.

May I say this year I have allowed the winter kale and cabbages to bolt and used the flower heads, and they are spectacular in risotto.Cannit see the fuss about your Jersey Royal there, or English asparagus. The true king of the spring veg in my very humble opinion is the purple sprouting broccoli.
