So if you picked from that list what is best which would you go for?

Sorry, I'd have to look into all of them, read reviews, check for any issues or missing features. Things like screen quality, ports, thermals. And of course price.
I'm an arse, I'd be on ages choosing

If I were you, based on what you want to use it for, I’d save myself a few hundred quid and get something cheaper. You should be able to get something for £500 that’ll do what you want.

Windows surface laptops (not the tablets) are fab, I had one when I worked for myself, and by coincidence was given one when I started my new role 2 years ago, it’s still in good nick after many flights, train journeys and general knocking about. Sometimes gets a bit hung up with Power BI desktop and Teams running together, but assume they’re two power hungry apps when they’re working full chat.
