It's also against the law to have more than 3 dogs per person (1.5 in his case). Just been talking to a mate who lives there. Apparently he went loopy when his son died. Lots of people have complained about his dogs over the years but nothing has been done.

Hopefully the authorities will see sense now.

Never knew that until the first incident. The bloke is well known round the area for walking so many dogs, so surely the cops will have picked up on it.

So far we have:

noise complaints
farmer feeling the need to shoot his dog
serious attack where he lost his arm
now 3 people in hospital due to another attack

Police need to step in and give him a banning order IMO.

Looking at some pictures of the kennels, the dogs are kept in sub-standard conditions also.

Will it take a lethal attack before his dogs are taken?
