Slugs

This is annoying me now

Just looked and back in July I made some post about having a slug in my house

Fast forward to nearly November and am still getting slime trails on the carpet - in the same place every time

Where the heck is it coming from, why and what's it eating to still be here?!?

Oh and I missed the James Herbert chat on this thread. Was a bit of an authorial hero of mine when I was younger

He lived in the same street as my uncle. He said he was nice enough but a bit odd.

Pretty much every paperback copy of his books sold in the 1980s would fall open on the page where there's detailed descriptions of people who are in the middle of smashing each other's back doors in when they're suddenly torn to pieces by whatever is in the title of the book

Luckily, it's been some time since I smashed someone's back doors in so I might be safe from featuring in my own Herbert-style slug horror
