Hintons was up near Crowtree Road and became Presto. We had two branches of the same supermarket a few hundred yards apart for a bit in the 80's.

A lot of them live in the East End I think. There are the halls down near the quayside exchange, the Echo flats and Joplings, along with the resi above Fawcett and High Street.

My nana will be delighted with the news re: Tesco. She must have harped on about it dozens of times since the old one closed.
