It's been a long road, but it looks as though the next few months could be transformational. Just started exporting from their massive oil discovery in Kurdistan, and should switch from AIM to the main market in the 1st quarter of 2014. A take-over by one of the majors (Exxon or Chevron) is not unlikely.

He's better off asking on here man. First place I'd go for financial advice.
Only advice I would give is spread the risk. A few years ago banks seemed a certain way of making profit.

Order books are full with all Sub-Sea vendors I have came across, anything with Australian interests is worth a punt.

It could stay there forever if it was giving a good return, if I bought a property and rented it out I would get around 5% yield, there must be better investments than that, I'm sixty two.
