I really don't mind sub titles but am not keen on dubbing. I have just watched a good series from Argentina called Club Hooligans.
Not a documentary.

Seen one about two detectives , one in Sweden , one in Denmark. Apparently a bridge separates the 2 countries , and a dead body was found on the bridge, at the Half way point. So they had to work together.
It was good

I think it was called the bridge for some reason.

Dubbing is a lot cheaper than subtitles.

I use it as a rule of thumb: oh, so you're dubbing The Simpsons, does that mean you think it's only for kids/the brain dead?

Dubbing is usually awful as it just doesn't seem to sound right and tone of characters are off.

She's class. There's a UK version called The Tunnel. brit male detective and french female equivalent.

Two series, 2011 and 2013.
I have a good selection of recommendations to have a look at over the winter months.
