That's not quite true. The police opinion of the girls, that they did view them as 'slappers' had much to do with the police inadequate response to the Rotherham abuse.The lack of intervention had little to do with the opinion of the girls involved but a huge amount to do with not being seen as racist!
She said police accused her of lying when she spoke out about the abuse.
"They didn't believe me," she said. "They told me I was trouble - I went out with these men, I shouldn't go near these men.
"Nobody listened, I had police officers take me back to these men.
