ha ha the eynesford route is a popular one for me. Bromley-hayes-keston-titsey-pilgrims-bottom of star hill-eynesford-crockenhill-Orpington-Chislehurst. Plenty of hills to be had here ... are you going to enter the hill climbs in the next week or two? White Lane (the one off Titsey) and Yorke's Hill (off the back of Ide Hill). I'll cheer you onthe rides around the north downs here I usually do about 1000m in 100km.....thought that was pretty normal.
my boss is encouraging me to but I'm off to Dubai next weekend sadly. not really in tip top condition either to be honest.Plenty of hills to be had here ... are you going to enter the hill climbs in the next week or two? You should tag along with a chain gang one Sunday morning and then start shouting at them about not paying car tax and telling them to get off the road!

out with the missus a few weeks back( she's a c nut as well btw ) and we overtook some lad in full castelli kit but on a mountain bike....minutes later he came past us, looked as though he was working flat out, we passed him again later, and again past he came, this happened 3 or 4 more times !
Kristina reckons blokes just have a problem with a bird passing them.
