Apparently not as the Police (talking about the first incident) say that no attempt was made to touch the child whatsoever http://www.shieldsgazette.com/news/...er-approached-toddler-in-sunderland-1-7275867

It'll be a bloke who is perhaps unfamiliar with British customs just saying something daft to a bairn and a young Mam getting upset over it.
The child's mother said he tried 3 times by saying come with me come on etc, that could be understood to be trying to take the child, what the fuck else was he trying to do by saying that then ????

there was ISIS flags flying on the Bangladeshi centre in Hendon today
Should have bombed it then.

It hasn't been conclusively proven that's what he was saying.

And once more: It's not the same modus operandi if he hasn't tried to physically take the child.

The police have taken it as a misunderstanding by a hysterical mother.

It is an attempt to take the child even if he didn't touch her you fool.

The police disagree with you and, as such, did not issue a warning on the matter.

It happened in a shopping centre with comprehensive CCTV and, presumably, multiple eyewitnesses. If a genuine attempt had been made then the police would have made more of it. As it is, they haven't.

As it is, it's unclear as to why store security weren't informed immediately to sort it out. Can't help but feel there's some revisionism in the mother's version of events.

What other reason would the fucker have for trying to get the child to go with him then ??? do the police have an answer for that ? do you have an answer for that ????
