Ever seen the movie "Insomnia" mate?

Ah but this is not the light of the Sun or Moon but a Superpower. A soft, almost transparent or translucent, clear light that appears to have a white tinge of colour about it that does not hurt the eyes no matter how bright nor illuminate the entire neighbourhood. Not looking to replace street lighting. More like each human being bristling with a gentle energy. The light could be ignored if wanted and so allow sleep or with a bit of practice maybe, still sleep while conscious of this light. Lucid sleeping. The problem wouldn't be the Superpower but I can't go round touching people without their permission so..........
